Crime Prevention

Smoky Lake County Rural Crime Watch provides you with information on crime prevention, focusing on crimes that are more prevalent in our community of Smoky Lake and area. Crimes such as trespassing and property theft, fraud and drug abuse have been widespread in not only our own community but in other rural areas as well. We provide crime prevention initiatives, trained facilitators, signage and other tools. By partnering with the RCMP, Alberta Fish & Wildlife and community members, we can deter criminals and prevent crimes from being committed.
